Scandinavian Shops

We have had requests concerning where one can buy Scandinavian products outside of Scandinavia. Therefore we have compiled a list of those shops in the Halifax area as well as some online sites offering Scandinavian goods by mail order. • Scandinavian Stitches sells cross stitch, hardanger and stamped embroidery kits from Monks & Kattens of Sweden and Cewec of Denmark.

• Wikstroms' Scandinavian Food and Gifts - Scandinavian delicacies & gourmet foods delivered right to your door.

• Olsen's Scandinavian Foods is located in the Scandinavian part of Seattle and has been a supplier of quality merchandise since 1960. A large part of the foods are prepared according to authentic, traitional Norwegian recipes and most food products are imported directly from Scandinavia. From the site, you can order from a selection of food and gifts online and they will deliver it to you.
